Thursdays Thoughts – Are you Mobile?

#ThursdaysThoughts – Are you mobile?  In every meaning of it.  So when was the last time you went to your OWN website on your mobile phone?  Does it look right?  In advertising, one of the things taught is to “test your own funnel” or advertisement.  See how it looks on desktop and mobile.  Funnel or not, have you checked yours?

How about this, do you have a CRM?  If so, when was the last time you texted someone from your mobile as you called and dialed them from the office line?  Do you check Facebook to see if you can IM your prospects?  What about LinkedIn messaging, do you reach out to prospects that way?

Point is are you using your mobile phone at the same time as your office line?  If your boss says put your cell phone down, and get on the phone – They need trained.  You should be social selling as much as you are calling people from an office line.  This is the truth! Communicate where your client is the most, if they are instagram the most, meet them there, engage with them, message and or add a comment to their story.

Get Mobile – And use it as a CRM for yourself.  If your in sales, you need to think mobile in many ways.  If not you’re going to be left behind in the times, competition and reach of your efforts.  #SocialSellingwithShawn – I can say with 100% certainty that those that do the BLUEPRINT training I have level up their social selling game and are increasing their sales as a result.   Getting mobile and social are not optional in sales any longer, and if you don’t do these things to learn now, you will have a hard time in the future.

Wonderful Wednesday – ♥ Day

Happy Valentines Day! ♥ I love mortgages and everyone involved with them! This is why I do the mortgage Join Us In Creating Excitement (JUICE) stuff.  Today it’s all about #WhackedOutWednesday – for the love of mortgages.  If you’re a LO and do NOT have a fan page on social media you are missing the boat!

Weekend Call to Action – Try this exercise

#TGIF It’s the #WeekendCalltoAction – Do this exercise I suggest.  The idea is to get out of your comfort zone, do a little research in your own backyard.  And then on the way to get something from the store you make a stop to say hi and network really quick.  Plan this out and you will make the most effective use of your time.

I’ve talked about this before and can say it works.  Not only from past doing, but those that have come back to me to say they did it.  Use a little creativity, but the overall goal is to make it so you are not driving from one side of town to the next and stay within a 2 mile radius of where you live.

I love giving suggestions to help others gain business, online and off, my goal is to partner with enough “hungry” Broker’s to close loans.  These weekend call to action video’s are just a taste, I help my Broker’s create active marketing plans with ton’s of different types of campaigns in them.  Most that implement double or triple their business.  Sound like something you want to do?  Grow your mortgage company with me, sign up below! ↓

Weekend Call to Action – Pillar Partner Post

#WeekendCalltoAction – Plan a Pillar Partner Post this weekend or for next week.  Either or you should be doing these more often.  This is where you take a referral partner (A Realtor, CPA, Builder, Divorce Attorney etc.) post from their page or personal profile and share it onto yours!  It’s simple to do.

Here’s how to do it; First find a post of that referral partners that shows how they shine, or do great business.  Perhaps a success post of some sort.  Interact with it, and then share it onto your page or personal profile.  Here’s the key, tag them in the post and then tie in how you both work together to reach the end goal.  They find the home, you do the loan.  They build the house, you do the loan.  Etc.

Here’s the gold; Once it’s done, have them interact with your post, even if you send them a private message asking them to do so.  Have them place their website in the comments for example.  By doing so they are syndicating with you and causing your post to have more relevancy and reach on social media.  Which means more people will see it.

Plus it makes the referral partner appreciate you promoting them.  (it should) You can also ask them to help you and do a similar post to one of your success stories.  Two way street right.  I would plan two or three of these for next week.  With different types of referral partners.  Social media is going to have relatives galore around during this next week and you can use it to spark conversation during the upcoming “festivities”.

TGIF – My Story Part 5

#TGIF – The Grind Includes Friday – Thanks to all that have been following my story this week.  We’ll be back at it with tips, tricks and guidelines to help you gain more business and close more loans next week.  It all started with me investing in myself.  If your in sales, you have stay GREEN AND GROWING! Weekend Call to Action – Think exposure, think different referral sources

#WeekendCalltoAction – Are you green and growing?  Literally are you networking with many different people in different industries?  Not just RE Agents for example?  Are you using social media to gain exposure?  Do you have a fan page or business page online?  Are you in many groups?

These are all great questions to ask yourself about your business.  When it comes down to it, there should be a strategy about networking and marketing to help sales.  Not just to post how awesome you are!  lol.  When I look at someone’s fan page and they have the last post two years ago and say it’s slow, I show them why.  Where are the actions for the posts?  Most just post and hope and pray it goes viral.  There’s a strategy to this.  And a way to ORGANICALLY (meaning FREE) get exposure to your fan page, your post tagging your business, your special for the month.  But do you do them is the question?  I have put together #theBLUEPRINT !! A way to start from scratch and learn how to run campaigns on Facebook.  I break it down into steps and describe what I call the 5 P’s of posts.  That allows you to segment what you post with a rhyme and reason to gain exposure, increase relevancy, and get sign ups.  (leads!)
