Two for Tuesday – The secret sauces!

#TwoforTuesday – Two secret sauces today for you those of you learning.  First to expand your past client acquisition you need a client retention strategy.  This goes hand in hand in doing just that.  And levels the playing field for you to be able to get credit inquiry notifications from your past clients, just like the big banks! Second there is a skill to marketing you learn over time.  One of the secret sauces is where I started this all.  And is the best place to learn “how to do it yourself”!

There’s really two ways to do both of these.  Do it yourself or have someone else do it for you! In the case of client retention I hope you have a great cadence frequency to follow up and stay infront of all your past clients.  Most don’t do this, let alone have a frequency to do it.  Second, when it comes to marketing, the best advice I can give you is to start.  Without marketing properly there is no branding and no leads flowing in.  So start.  And a great place to start is by learning how to do it yourself.  Yeah, there may be functions of follow up sequences or ad tools that you may want to outsource.  But to a degree I believe everyone should learn the basics.  These do just that:

Thursdays Thoughts – Break Free and join the Entourage of others increasing biz!

#ThursdaysThoughts – Break Free from the norm, and the hump you can’t get over and learn to level up your marketing and lead count! More leads by marketing = more at bats! More at bats gives you more of a chance to win the sale, yes!/?  I believe so, and even in B2B marketing have expanded my presence, my marketing reach and my lead flow right online.  Over the years now I’ve developed this JUICE brand.  And had it not been for me investing in myself, certain doors wouldn’t have opened for me.

If your in sales it’s all about marketing, mindset and consistency.  You would know that after any length of time in this field. What I suggest is to learn yourself where a lot of these coaches originally started to begin with.  – The HARDCORE CLOSER way.  I’m extremely grateful to have taken action and seen the growth of my network over the years.  You should be doing the same thing with your local market, and that will help you be seen as an authority, and gain you business.  There’s not a doubt in my mind that this is ripe for the taking in almost every market out there.  There’s too little of those that do it.  And too many hungry good LO’s struggling.  – Why?  Well they haven’t invested in themselves in the right place yet.  This is why I have made the #JUICYLIST to begin with.

Wonderful Wednesday – JUICY List Week

#WonderfulWednesday – More great companies we go over today that help you LO’s and Mortgage companies increase business.  Today is about retaining your clients, and learning how to obtain new prospects (that turn into clients)  Yep, my favorite subject, marketing.

First things first, on the JUICY list (Join Us In Creating Yes’s) there’s a new company that allows mortgage broker’s to get a service to monitor their clients credit for mortgage pulls.  If there is one, the service sends you a lead.  So it doesn’t matter what side of BRAWL your wholesale partners are on, you can control your ability to help your client on your own.  – “Retain your Client” is the company, and they are on the JUICY list now.

Second, today’s marketing segment.  We all know that marketing and sales go hand in hand, and you need to know about or be implementing lead magnets in the mortgage industry.  There are two companies I will highlight.  First, is Leadpops and is a great company to help you learn to “do” funnels.  Great for those now so tech savvy and want a plug and play version to use as a landing page.  (Oh yeah, landing pages by definition capture names, phones, and emails)  Second is Clickfunnels, the godfather of funnel creation, and requires some know-how to plug all the pieces together.  If your creative and want to custom tailor something this is for you.

Last and certainly not least, is THE “program to learn funnels”.  If you want to know how to put the pieces together, are interested in cutting your learning curve in half, and wouldn’t mind having a entourage of people as resources to ask and answer questions for you… This is IT!  It allows you to break free from the daily grind and call prospects that sign up with you faster than any other out there.  It’s mandatory I believe if you want to “know about” funnels, lead generation tips, tricks and ultimately the newest trends to double your business.  It’s the Break Free Entourage.
