#ThankfulThursday – What happened was…. I needed to build a pipeline. So all I did was help mortgage broker’s with marketing ideas to source business. So in turn I added value above the call of duty, and helped those in my network double or triple their business. As a result, I got some of those loans in my teams system and the awesome underwriters I have supporting me helped the Broker/LO get paid!
Over 7 years now I’ve been doing this, this is not new! In fact, you can see my footprints all over the mortgage industry on LinkedIn and social media. Ever see one of those flyers; CONGRATS YOU CLOSED YOUR LOAN IN X DAYS! Yeah I created that flyer along with many others originally to be a campaign that a LO can place on their social media to gain leads and interaction. Heck the whole BRAWL stuff, I think I originally gave to Mat Ishbia as an idea once in my famous quarterly reports to give back the mortgage leads to the broker. Now it’s a movement within the TPO industry and more and more companies are getting on that band wagon to serve the “Broker”!
That’s all I ever wanted, and consistently asked for, Tools, and ways to ADD VALUE to my Business partners to help them grow their business, get more leads, and make more money! I have others come to me now and say I wouldn’t be in business if it wasn’t for you Shawn. Now I am growing again and want to IMPACT more LO’s and Broker’s in 2018 than ever before.
