Wonderful Wednesday – Shiny Object Syndrome #SOS & the JUICY LIST!

#WonderfulWednesday – What some may call the “Shiny Object Syndrome”!  #SOS! It’s the #JUICYList week as we wrap up the year!  I have been going over the best used and most helpful tools of 2018 all year – highlighting this “list” that helps you – Join Us In Creating Yes’s for your pipeline! 🙂

Today I highlight the tech savvy, client friendly, mobile applications that are sales tools and a necessary element in your arsenal.  If you do not have some sort of #VirtualApplication to use, you are behind the eight ball in 2019! Both of these companies are good, I know both serve a similar function to allow you to take 1003’s (applications) with prospects.  More and more these apps are turning into a full blown LOS – point of sale system, that is a must for Loan Officers to use, have and embrace.

#PreApp1003 is one of the more advanced out there.  This is a fully functional LOS without the need for Encompass or Calyx.  You can use short code to share and market, you can co-brand with RE Agents.  You can take 1003’s in several languages, give checklists to borrowers, take a full application, run DU, validate income and assets and use it as a CRM to help you gain more sales!  The PreApp 1003 application is continuously getting updated and in 2018 I saw various updates to help LO’s embrace this tool more and more.  Get your own PREAPP – CLICK HERE or if you want to see what it looks like text the word “Juiceman” to 33655!

While it’s not mandatory to get a virtual application, if you compare to someone who does, taking a 1003 the long hand way is kind of going out of style.  There’s no doubt “Robots” of all sorts are coming for jobs.  A LO will always be needed to help craft the best loan for consumers.  A robot can’t articulate certain things like a trained mortgage consultant can.  So no worries there, but as you go into 2019, it’s a good idea to adapt to modern technology, as your competition is.  Get at least a virtual application of some sort to allow you to gather information (Data) various ways to help yourself stand out as a true pro! Weekend Call to Action – JUICYList week wrap up!!

#WeekendCalltoAction – Join Us In Creating Yes’s (JUICY) for your pipeline all week!  It’s always a pleasure to provide these tools to everyone.  I do this quarterly for the most part and highlight these companies I suggest as tools to help LO’s and Mortgage Broker’s (my Business partners) grow their business.  I encourage you to go back and look at the full list of companies talked about this week, they are on the #JUICYList for a reason.  🙂   To wrap up the week, of course I save the best for last.

Today’s tools are essential for marketing and promoting your products, bi-products, services etc.  They are what is termed the “Funnels” of today’s lead generation software.  I will break down the three I recommend.

First, is LEADPOPS!  They are fantastic and are made by ex mortgage pro’s, and is for mortgage, insurance and RE Agents.  They have semi customize-able funnels, all complete with ad copy that converts.  They call them “conversion funnels” and they allow you to drag and drop a logo and go.  Check them out!

Second is CLICK FUNNELS! This is the “God-Father” of funnels and is the most savvy of all.  It provides links galore and customizable everything.  There’s plug in’s for payment processors, to email software or CRM’s.  This one is more “advanced” for those that want to be hands on in creation of all aspects of a funnel.

Last and certainly not least, my favorite PHONESITES! Why this is so effective is this can be used for LO’s and not a big “marketing guru” that knows code and stuff.  You can make easy to use lead pages that collect and start any livelihood of all sales people out there.  A name phone number address email etc.  BY far the most value between all of them.  I know the owner, and he’s raising the prices soon.  Mark my word.  What I suggest is that you take action and get yourself a #PhoneSites account today.

Thursdays Thoughts -JUICY List tools!

#ThursdaysThoughts – #JUICYList Tools this week have been great.  If you do not know where to turn for a great website and fast title work for your deals and business – Here you go!  Today’s JUICYList tools are just that, a website that’s designed to be easy to implement and a title company that can help you get loans done!

There’s a definite need for some mortgage companies to update their 1982 website, or if you’re new, and need one – THIS IS IT – THE LENDER HOMEPAGE! It’s a website company that can have chat features, to a blog, to mortgage calculators all on your website.  And it doesn’t take a month to launch, try days!

When it comes to closing loans, there’s one piece of paper that’s always needed, and that’s Title! Might as well get connected with a company that can give you the turn around times, and service you deserve with title orders!  C.L.A. Title and Escrow is a great Nationwide Title Company that’s here to help!!

From my perspective, there’s a lot of people asking questions on “how to source” more business right now.  Even more wholesale companies attempting to show mortgage broker’s how to gain more business.  (But they barely do any ads themselves) – Might as well work with the PRO’s that do it everyday, and produce REAL RESULTS for you to gain more buyers, sellers, and mortgage clients as a whole.  The Robots are out in full force right now, and advertisements are everywhere.  There’s google, there’s FB, there’s LinkedIn, and then there’s the old fashion guerrilla marketing techniques.  My opinion, get a well rounded campaign strategy going.  If you have multiple avenues of lead generation working for you, you will not “slow down”.  In fact some of the top originators in the country are having their best months – WHY?  Because they are doing just this, they have organic presence and paid ads or paid leads they get.  My opinion again, – Get your own #JUICYROBOTS that are out there gaining you prospects daily.  CLICK HERE FOR A DONE FOR YOU SOLUTION!
