Monday’s Motivation – JUICY-List Week! Let’s get virtual!

#MondaysMotivation – It’s the #JUICYList this week! Let’s start by getting virtual! These are tools, systems, trainings, software and must have’s to help LO’s (and RE Agents) gain more business!  Today we start the week with the basics!  The necessary tools you need to have an online presence.  To start you need a website, then you need some sort of online application to be perceived by consumers as a valid mortgage player.  Consumers do look at your online tools, a good website, or virtual application (or both) can be a deciding factor to move forward with YOU! ↓

Join Us In Creating Yes’s for your pipeline, and get virtual already.  If you do not have a website, I’d highly suggest you get one from Lender Home Page!  Once you have a license to originate one of the most important things to have is an online application that helps you take 1003’s!  (Mortgage Apps is the name of the game anyhow) 🙂  Might as well have the ability to take 1003’s in multiple languages, even run DU or verify day 1 certainty with your application.  PreApp1003 and Perfect LO are the two I endorse to get the job done.  While similar in function, both are unique and different.  And both are evolving with times and technology is only getting better.  Which one? Well take your pick, I suggest you compare and contrast the two and decide for yourself.  They are on the JUICY-List for a reason, they both help you create Yes’s for your pipeline.

My big thing is helping people, weather it’s businesses, individual LO’s or the consumer themselves.  I encourage you to take advantage of the items on the JUICY List this week and take action to increase your own business!

Two for Tuesday – JUICY Websites!

#TwoforTuesday – JUICY Websites and JUICY Applications.  Some of the major things any one LO/Mortgage Company should have, = a web presence.  If you don’t have a website or want to update your’s to be more modern and have chat features to mortgage calculators, this is for you.  If you don’t have a mobile application, or web application that can drive security for docs, or walk your client through a 1003 in their “language” – This is for you!

Technology is forever evolving and today’s #JUICYList highlights companies that are one’s to check out.  If you don’t have access to something like this, you’re missing the boat and potentially missing loans.  Because consumers are looking for those that are leveraging tech, heck that’s where you find them.  (Facebook anyone?)

Thursdays Thoughts -JUICY List tools!

#ThursdaysThoughts – #JUICYList Tools this week have been great.  If you do not know where to turn for a great website and fast title work for your deals and business – Here you go!  Today’s JUICYList tools are just that, a website that’s designed to be easy to implement and a title company that can help you get loans done!

There’s a definite need for some mortgage companies to update their 1982 website, or if you’re new, and need one – THIS IS IT – THE LENDER HOMEPAGE! It’s a website company that can have chat features, to a blog, to mortgage calculators all on your website.  And it doesn’t take a month to launch, try days!

When it comes to closing loans, there’s one piece of paper that’s always needed, and that’s Title! Might as well get connected with a company that can give you the turn around times, and service you deserve with title orders!  C.L.A. Title and Escrow is a great Nationwide Title Company that’s here to help!!

From my perspective, there’s a lot of people asking questions on “how to source” more business right now.  Even more wholesale companies attempting to show mortgage broker’s how to gain more business.  (But they barely do any ads themselves) – Might as well work with the PRO’s that do it everyday, and produce REAL RESULTS for you to gain more buyers, sellers, and mortgage clients as a whole.  The Robots are out in full force right now, and advertisements are everywhere.  There’s google, there’s FB, there’s LinkedIn, and then there’s the old fashion guerrilla marketing techniques.  My opinion, get a well rounded campaign strategy going.  If you have multiple avenues of lead generation working for you, you will not “slow down”.  In fact some of the top originators in the country are having their best months – WHY?  Because they are doing just this, they have organic presence and paid ads or paid leads they get.  My opinion again, – Get your own #JUICYROBOTS that are out there gaining you prospects daily.  CLICK HERE FOR A DONE FOR YOU SOLUTION!

Two for Tuesday – Two JUICY Tools!

#TwoforTuesday – Get JUICY all week.  Join Us In Creating Excitement for LO and Broker company tools that can help you grow your business.  This week I go over and highlight the best tools for mortgage pro’s!   Today is no exception and have two very JUICY tools.  Join Us in Creating Yes’s for your pipeline.

The first is noted as the way to Retain Your Clients big time.  In wholesale you do need to know whom is BRAWL friendly and whom is not.  But regardless of whom collects the payment from your past clients you should be setting yourself up to be a LENDER FOR LIFE!  Get notified when your past clients are searching for a mortgage.  Have marketing letters go out with your picture and logo on it to remind the client! Wonderful Wednesday – Transition into Market Dominance!

#WonderfulWednesday – Transition into market dominance by investing in you! Trust me all the top dogs do it! Everyone dominating in their market uses tools.  No doubt and they have invested in themselves to learn how to leverage social media.  In some fashion they have marketing working for them.

The first today is all about the good old never out of style website.  You all should have one of these that at least helps you collect names, phone numbers and emails.  In some fashion.  Maybe have a mortgage calculator on it – I don’t know, but if your website is from 1983, might be a time to upgrade.  – Jus Saying!

Second is my BLUEPRINT!  This is what I’m doing with each of the LO’s for years that have been in my network.  I’ve helped a lot of people in and out of my network now.  It’s a way to learn to expand your referral network and ultimately increase your relevancy, reach and results in getting “organic” traction on social media.  This helps when you get started into paid ads and various other “advertising”.  I do this generously and add a ton of value to help any one get started.  Mine is not 1000’s of dollars.  However, I’ve been told I should be charging 997.  If you want to begin to taste the rainbow of marketing online, CLICK HERE!

Monday’s Motivation – Marketshare Mafia

#MondayMotivation – Are you getting ready to diversify your referral portfolio?  Are you gaining leads from multiple sources or multiple channels?  Good time to do so.

I have several Broker partners doing things this year that will help them have the best 2018 ahead of them.  One is partnering with a local radio station and gaining exposure that way! One of my partners is doing TV ads, and another one of my partners is doing everything they can on social media!  The common denominator is that every one of these partners started with online exposure on FB and other social mediums to gain exposure organically (FREE) and then used their profits off a deal or two and invested in paid ads.  Weather on TV, Radio or Online, paid advertisements can have a great ROI if you plan it out.  If you market it as well.  ONLINE!

You see Facebook is where you would have the best exposure off a business fan page that works beside the paid ads that you do.  I am a big believer in organic exposure and teach others how to use their own business fan page in a way that makes social media work for you.  I do offer the done for you solutions when you’re ready to step up your game, 🙂 but you have to take action first.

Here’s today’s tip on marketing, if you have a business fan page and the button at the top of the page doesn’t say “SIGN UP”, change it.  I see ton’s of these pages all the time, and the number 1 common thing I see is “Call now”.  While the website and phone number are displayed just inches below the button.  Make your call to action align with your audience and the habits they have.  You see facebook is for “thumbs” and now for calling people.  Most don’t go to Facebook to dial a number, however, if a page is intriguing enough someone will fill out a form.  Which is why I suggest as someone is scrolling and they see your page, promote a message button, or a sign up button to allow someone to enter their name, phone and email if interested.  Capture leads already! That is what you want your page to do right?  Set it up that way.  #SellWell
