Thursdays Thoughts – JUICY List Week! Boost your Pipeline!!

Two wonderful things have come together this summer, purchase season and low rates.  That can help refi’s also be apart of a nice balanced purchase pipeline right now if you’re doing it right.  These are the tools to do it! ↓

To accompany purchase season this year, we are blessed with a “low low rate offering” to go back and look at past clients to see if they can save money.  If you’re organized and have a past client list you could upload that into “retain your client” aka Stikkum, and you would know with a trigger lead who’s looking to potentially do something.  And strike while the iron is hot! Weekend Call 2 Action – Create Value for your Audiences!

Now’s the time to be doing this.  What am I talking about?  Well here’s a few ideas, how about a First Time Home Buyer Seminar?  What about going to visit open houses and network with Realtors?  What about highlighting Realtors and their open houses on Facebook?  What about going to meet up with a bunch of Lawyers to do a presentation at their monthly meeting?  The ideas are endless, you have to “think outside the box” LO’s.  NOW’S THE TIME TO ADD VALUE! Because if you wait till June you’ve missed the boat to network!

Whacked Out Wednesday – Boost your Pipeline!

#WhackedOutWednesday – Boost your pipeline with a campaign strategy! I am a strategist and I partner with the best tools to help you create synergy in your marketing.  And a lasting affect to your pillar partners! This is all part of the puzzle to put together a branding and culture campaign to grow your online presence.  It’s whacked out that some LO’s just don’t take action and yet are “off referrals” and don’t even support their pillar partners even organically.  If you don’t “do” something of value to your partners, some other LO will, they are out there, GOBBLING UP MARKET SHARE.  Because they are adding value to their partners by “boosting listings” they have.
